A happy hour that connects buying agents and property managers with the local trades and contractors who have made the Priority Pledge.
Buy by Friday, October 30 and your name is printed in the directory every guest takes home.
Advance purchase only. No tickets at the door.
Why this evening
Buyers walk away from good houses because they cannot picture the fix. The agent who can put a real ballpark on a dated kitchen, and hand a client a contractor who actually calls back, turns the biggest objection in the deal into a closing tool.
Built to Close is aimed at the buying side and designed to help you close more sales.
For contractors, buyer referrals mean new homeowners with projects, real needs, and real budgets. That’s why the trades in this room make the extra effort to earn those referrals through the Priority Pledge.
Property managers have two opportunities here: connect with Valley realtors selling second homes and investment properties that need management, and meet skilled tradespeople they can count on for steady, repeat work.
Build relationships. Build your business. Built to Close.
How the evening runs
Arrive to food, drinks, and time to mingle while the light is still good. Then everyone moves into the barn, where each contractor takes a short, timed turn: who they are, what they specialize in, and the kind of projects they are looking for. You follow along in your directory and mark the ones you want to meet.
The evening closes with a receiving line, so you shake every hand in the room before you reach your car.
Seats are limited, and the book prints October 30.

What you walk away with
Every guest and every contractor in the room, in one printed book you take home. Buy your ticket by October 30 and your name is printed in it.
Vetted local contractors, one business per trade category, met face to face in a single evening instead of chased down one referral at a time.
Every participating contractor agrees to prioritize the call from the agents and property managers in this room, and to give an honest answer about the work and whether they can take it. It is not a promise to take the job. An honest no still serves your client better than silence.
Hosted in the beautiful barn at The Redtail, Bobcat Springs, with a bar, bites, and room to talk.
Tickets
Trade seats are limited to one business per category, so the plumber in the room is the plumber in the room. Email TradeBuiltCo@gmail.com to ask whether your trade is still open.
